Spending 2 nights in Nadi was bliss for me. The weather was glorious and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Nadi was a nice change for me, given the fact that I hadnt been there in a couple of months. Spent Sunday and Monday swimming, and spent Tuesday hoping to get to Lautoka for some shopping.
I got to Lautoka safely, but was dissapointed with the bus company that ran the bus service down to the "Sugar City" The bus checker assured me that it was an express bus service and even the sign on the windscreen said it was an "EXPRESS" bus to Lautoka.
It took me an hour and a few minutes to get into Lautoka. The "EXPRESS" bus stopped at all the bus stops in between Nadi and Lautoka, very much to my delight. (NOT!!!!!)
