Spending 2 nights in Nadi was bliss for me. The weather was glorious and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Nadi was a nice change for me, given the fact that I hadnt been there in a couple of months. Spent Sunday and Monday swimming, and spent Tuesday hoping to get to Lautoka for some shopping.
I got to Lautoka safely, but was dissapointed with the bus company that ran the bus service down to the "Sugar City" The bus checker assured me that it was an express bus service and even the sign on the windscreen said it was an "EXPRESS" bus to Lautoka.
It took me an hour and a few minutes to get into Lautoka. The "EXPRESS" bus stopped at all the bus stops in between Nadi and Lautoka, very much to my delight. (NOT!!!!!)

It's just so amazing how people thrive on telling stories. In this country people get burnt all the time just because of all the salt, pepper, baking soda, masala and curry powder gets into a tale that was already tall to begin with.
And what makes matter's worse is people tend to take you around the mulberry bush, the rose bush every kind of bush you can think of just to make the story jucier.
Come on people!!! Wake up!! If you dont got it, you dont got it, dont be a hater...
